Connecting with other hosts is an amazing way for you to learn and grow. Whether you’re looking for a mentor, a business partner, or even just a shoulder to lean on, building a network of your fellow hosts can make a big difference in the success of your experience.
Here’s an overview of activities, tools, and opportunities we’ve created to help you connect with other hosts:
Launched last year, this program empowers hosts around the world to make connections to other hosts in their cities and markets. Here are a few initiatives community leaders have recently organized:
- Experience swaps: Offering experiences to other hosts for free or at a reduced cost to boost reviews and get useful feedback
- Home and experience host collaborations: Events that bring the two groups together to support and promote each other
- Educational videos: Tutorials offering tips and tricks specifically for their city
The community leaders program is already live in 56 markets. Want to get involved? Apply to become a community leader.
The Airbnb team and community leaders also hold meetups where hosts gather to exchange tips, stories and ideas. Keep an eye on your local Facebook groups and email inboxes for invites to summits, celebrations, and other special events.
