Responsible Hosting Center
It’s important to understand the local regulations relevant to your experience. A great place to start is the collection of city-specific pages in our Responsible Hosting Center.
As questions arise, check out our searchable online Help Center, which is updated frequently with new articles as the product evolves.
Experience Protection Insurance
The Experience Protection Insurance program provides primary liability coverage for most claims up to $1 million USD per experience instance. More details on the program can be found on the Experience Protection Insurance page.
Once your experience is online, your primary point-of-contact with Airbnb is our Customer Experience (CX) team. If you have an upcoming reservation and are logged-in to Airbnb, you will see their phone number displayed in the Help Center (airbnb.com/help).
